weeee~ kumorii-chans first time posting anime artt~ (u can now see why i dont draw anime all that much xDDDD i kinda suck at it, ive only been doing it for about half a year nao ;w; idontlikepreportions)
but yaa~ this was made for Character Design contest :3 she asked me to enter so i did xD i went with the idea of trying to make her in the steam punk era and i failed miserably xD DARN U METAL STUFF LEKFHUEHFIU. im sorry i didnt have more than a day to work on it Dx ive been crazy busy Dx, well i hope u like it dear Dx (sorry about her leg........ i dun even know xD its like eating the skirt kjfygkshgks)

Name: Cecily M. Raid
Class: Commoner/Rebel/theif
Gender: Female (duh xD)
rank/specialty: In flight mechanics/ piloting airships
Background: She is the unknown bastard daughter of one of the high lords of the Seerlands. When she was born her father, one of the high lords, abandoned her and murdered her mother. After being raised by a theiving crew of dangerous people, she vowed to one day aid the rebel cause in ursurping the high lords thrones. She was trained by the crew's in-flight mechanic of the knowlage of intricate engineering, and while learning this, she learned quite a bit about piloting the steam powered airships. After having stolen the cargo of an important high council supply ship the crew was immediatly hunted down and killed. Cecily was the only one in her crew who lived and is now roams the Seerlands in search of the rebel army where she hopes to able to put her skills to use and avenge her mothers death. The necklace she carries with her is her only remanent of her mother and a very sacred tresure. she alwasy keeps it close and would protect it and her companions with her very own life...
